Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy:
- Orders ship within 3 business days via UPS
- UPS Ground promises day-definite delivery typically in one to five days
- UPS 2nd Day Air promises delivery by the end of the second business day
- All requests for returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving items. Send an email to Kenitha@comsicrocks.com if you need to return/exchange an item.
- Shipping charges are not refundable unless the merchandise is defective or the wrong merchandise was sent.
