Return Policy
- Please try on footwear and apparel when received to assure a proper fit. Any uncertainties about the style and fit of your footwear should be resolved before wearing them outside.
- We require that returned merchandise be in original and resalable condition. Worn merchandise & gripped/assembled decks are NOT eligible for returns.
- Returns may be made within 10 days of purchase and exchanges within 30 days. These may be made in-store or by emailing Kenitha@cosmicrocks.com to start a shipped return/exchange.
- Shipping charges are not refundable unless the merchandise is defective or the wrong merchandise was sent.
- There is a $15 restocking fee on returns unless the merchandise is defective or the wrong merchandise was sent.
- Please allow 10-14 business days to process your return
- Credit card returns could take up to one billing cycle to pos
- Nixon offers a 2 year limited warranty for all products from the date of purchase. For specific details on what the warranty covers, please visit the Service section of their website.
- Electric products are fully warranted with proof of purchase against defect in material and workmanship from one year from date of purchase. If Electric products are proven defective, Electric will replace them at no cost to you.
- Spy provides a one year warranty on manufacturer’s defect from the date of purchase. Spy will replace any current style which is deemed to possess a manufacturer’s defect.
- Most decks offer a manufacturer defect warranty against de-lamination or defects in craftsmanship. These are through the manufacturer directly. This information can be found on the manufacturer's website or on the deck itself.
