We've started a new frequent buyer program to reward customers for shopping at Cosmic. You earn points when purchasing in the store and can redeem points for an amount off a future purchase. Here's an outline of the program:
Signing up
Pretty darn painless! Just stop by one of our locations and ask to sign up. All we need to sign you up is your name and email address. You’ll receive a wallet card with your customer number on it. Present this card whenever you’re checking out at Cosmic to get points.
Earning points
You earn one point per dollar spent on regular priced merchandise

• Points do not earn when buying gift cards or custom orders
• Points do not earn when redeeming points
What are these points for?
You can redeem for a set amount of cash or save your points up to get the higher discount amounts. There are 3 levels that you can redeem points at:

•Flow: after earning 250, you can redeem for $15 off your next purchase
•Am: after earning 1,000 points, you can redeem for $75 off your next purchase
•Pro: after earning 2,500 points, you can redeem for $200 off your next purchase

-Not to worry. Points are tracked by the computer. We can make another card easily.

-No. They accumulate and add up to savings!
•How do I know how many points I have?
-Points balance will print out on your receipts when purchasing at Cosmic. We will also send out periodic emails with your points balance. You’re welcome to stop in and check your balance at the stores as well.
•How do I know when I can redeem points?
We've got you covered. If you have enough points to redeem, we'll let you know. You can also track points balance on your receipts or periodic emails from Cosmic.
